|
What is mediation? In short, It is a way people to settle their disputes without going to court, saving everybody a lot of time, money, and stress. A mediator is neutral and does not take sides . If you sue someone in court, you will likely be ordered to participate in mediation anyway. Both sides have to agree to participate in mediation and be willing to reach a settlement agreement in their case for mediation to be effective.
