In the class, we will talk about your various options for dealing with debt, including bankruptcy, and discuss the different kinds of options of bankruptcy available to you. We will also talk about things to avoid if you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy, including preferential transfers, transfers to insiders, and other actions that you will want to avoid.
